Hi, I’m Tim (aka Hamster Dad!) .You’ve probably seen the TV ads and wondering what is all the fuss about these hamsters called Zhu Zhu Pets?

The reason why the Zhu Zhu Pets are so popular amongst kids is the fact that zhu zhu pets are not just toy hamsters but they are actually the worlds first interactive plush toy hamster.

Well to be honest one can’t help but love these artificially smart hamster pets called Zhu Zhu Pets. I love hamsters, I grew up having several pet hamsters and now I’m a dad of two lovable bundles of joy-a 4 year old girl and toddler baby boy! but I am a little sceptical getting the kids pets,especially since I have quite a few not so fond memories of hamster bites.

Don’t get me wrong, i agree that nothing can substitute the joy of a real live pet, but I don’t think a four year old is responsible enough to care for a real pet.

This why I have been overjoyed since coming across the Zhu Zhu Pets.I’ve been smitten and want to share my find with other parents out there too! who want to give their child a pet but are concerned about the responsibility involved in caring for a pet.
